Common Questions
Yes. Our routes stay within well-traveled tourist corridors, and every group moves with a private driver and guide. We monitor conditions continuously and adjust itineraries when needed — it has never affected a scheduled departure.
October through April is coolest and most comfortable, with December–February the peak season. May and September are warmer but quieter and better value. We run departures year-round.
Most nationalities can get a visa on arrival at Cairo airport for $25, or apply online in advance for an e-visa. We send exact instructions for your nationality after booking.
Eight to twelve guests depending on the route, and every group has its own guide and vehicle — we never merge groups on-site. Private departures for just your party are also available on request.
Accommodation, listed meals, private transfers, your Egyptologist guide, and all entrance fees on the itinerary. International flights, visas, and personal expenses are not included — see each expedition page for the full breakdown.
Always. Every route on this site is a starting point. Tell us your dates, pace, and interests in the contact form below and a planner will draft something just for your group.
